Cancelling or Resceduling your cousre
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact our Training Team as soon as possible.
Monday–Friday: 7:30am–4pm.
Any amendments to a booking are subject to a £30 + VAT administration fee.

| 24–48 hours before course | 50% of course cost |
| Less than 24 hours before course | 75% of course cost |
| Non-arrival on the day | 100% of course cost |
We recommend notifying us early to minimise charges and allow others the opportunity to attend.
