Terms and conditions for training courses

  1. Cancellations: Cancellations made 11–14 calendar days before the course date will be charged at 75% of the course fee. Cancellations made 10 calendar days or fewer before the course date will be charged at 100%. Cancellations made more than 14 calendar days before the course date will not be charged.
  2. Non-attendance & late arrival: Non-attendance will be charged at 100% of the course fee. Delegates arriving late may be refused entry where they are unable to meet the required training or assessment time, in which case the full course fee will remain payable.
  3. Delegate substitutions: A substitute delegate may attend at no additional charge, provided they meet any course requirements and Alide is notified before the course.
  4. Course changes: Alide Hire Services reserves the right to change course dates, times, venues, content or instructors where necessary. If Alide cancels a course, an alternative date, credit or refund of the affected course fee will be offered.
  5. Delegate requirements: Delegates are responsible for arriving on time and bringing any required identification, PPE, licenses or other documentation. Failure to meet course requirements may prevent attendance and the course fee will remain payable.
  6. Safety & conduct: Delegates must follow all reasonable instructions and safety requirements. Alide reserves the right to remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive or disruptive.
  7. Certification: Attendance does not guarantee certification. Delegates must successfully meet the relevant course and assessment requirements.
  8. Payment: Course fees are payable in accordance with the payment terms shown on the invoice or booking confirmation.
  9. Acceptance: By submitting this booking, you confirm that you are authorised to make the booking on behalf of the organisation named and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
